I haven't been back in a gym consistently in years. The first class I took, the instructor was patient with me. In fact, each instructor I have encountered has pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of doing and ensures that my form is strong. The workouts are challenging, yet manageable as they do a great job modifying to fit the needs of everyone. The best part is the sense of family you get being apart of these classes.

Came in intimidated, stayed because the coaching is excellent and the community is genuinely kind. It’s been awhile since I’ve been new (i.e. bad) at something in the gym, but SOPO does a great job meeting you where you are and providing judgement-free scaled options, while still pushing you to do hard things (sometimes against your will ). If you want to get stronger and feel supported doing it, this is the place!

Great spot for my teenage son and I to workout together. Great coaches who always start and end classes on time. A good mix of programming keeps things interesting and fun. UPDATE: I've also hit personal records in all of my core lifts since joining this gym, so the programming is effective.

After 12+ years of CrossFit across many boxes, this one is the best I’ve experienced. The community is the real standout—welcoming from day one, cheering every rep, and holding you accountable in the best way. Clean space, great vibes, and I leave stronger and happier every time.
