SOPO has so much to offer in terms of programming, coaching expertise, and equipment. However, the community is what really sets it apart. As someone new to the area, I was welcomed with open arms, and my transition to Memphis would not be what it is without SOPO!

The community at SOPO is truly incredible! The coaches and members have built a positive, friendly, and encouraging environment to work out in that makes going to the gym one of the highlights of my day. I’m grateful to have found such an amazing gym that feels like home!
