Just dropped in to Sona and I highly recommend this facility to anyone staying in the area. Coach Trish was awesome, super welcoming, and I got to partner with Cindy who is an absolute beast!! The facility is super clean, sneaky big, with ample (and new) equipment throughout. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience, and will definitely drop in again the next time I’m in town.
I was visiting family for Thanksgiving and a family member recommended SONA for CrossFit. I was able to squeeze in a few classes and was so grateful for how welcoming the staff and members at SONA were. All three coaches I had the opportunity to take classes with were great, but I especially appreciated Joelle’s motivational energy and Sheryl’s coaching cues and focus on technique. I’ll definitely be dropping in the next time I’m in town!
I absolutely love the atmosphere here! Everyone is always extremely friendly and welcoming. The coaches are great and always willing to help you learn as you're doing something new!
I never knew the true definition of a crossfit community until I joined Sona! The members are so friendly, the coaches are knowledgeable and always push you to try new things in a safe manner, and the environment itself is so positive and supportive of your goals and aspirations, regardless of your fitness level!
