Great place to workout, clean, and organized classes. Classes are scalable to all levels of fitness. We've been here a year + and have grown exponentially in skill, shed weight, and maintained it off. I have really flourished here at Crossfit Solus. Even better than all this is the amount of great and beautiful people inside and out. That makes it one of the best parts of mine and my family's day to come workout with our Solus family. Such a fun, welcoming gym! I met so many kind people on my first day there, and I didn’t feel bad for scaling back on the workouts. I appreciate the words of encouragement from the coaches and fellow athletes. I tried out the weekday 9am class, and it was a lot of fun! I’ve never done both a CF class and Pilates, but I really enjoyed it. Great atmosphere, friendly coaches, and fun gym to check out! I will definitely be back in the future.
