Excellent facility with super services and with a motivated group of people!
I'm new to the gym, but immediately everyone from staff to members made me feel welcome. I am still learning the ropes, but the trainers are patient with me and spend time showing me correct form. I'm excited about this new fitness journey for me and am so glad I found Crossfit Solus!
BEST GYM IN THE WORLD. And I say this in full transparency, being a new mom and struggling to get back into shape it can be intimidating starting over… NOT HERE. I jumped in immediately and in my first week developed a group of friends and we’re all still going strong, motivating each other, hanging outside of the gym and setting goals for each other to execute.
