Joined CrossFit Solent a few months ago and found what I needed to stay active and motivated. Every workout is different, with loads of skills to work on (which makes you keep showing up!). The coaches are amazing—always there to teach and push you to your own limits. A gym full of good energy and friendly people, making every session enjoyable. Looking forward to seeing my progress here! :)
Recommend to join the gym. Community, coaches are the best, very friendly, helpful. The way all is organised and planned is very impressive. Well worth the membership.
Went for a trial class to see if it was something I can get back into after back/shoulder injuries a while back. Didn't take long to realise that my shoulder was saying now, but they were awesome and recommended another place for hyrox (which I find much lower impact). Shame! But the place is great and they seemed lovely
Dropped in for a session while away for a couple of days. Very friendly and welcoming. Goods communication leading up to my visit so I knew what was happening. Great class, supportive environment, awesome coach
