Crossfit is not just a place to workout it is a community! Very welcoming, inviting, & motivational. If you want to work out, get fit, but you need that extra push? This place is for you! I never know the right workout. Instead of doing 3 hours at the gym a day, ONE hour a day will work every muscle in your body, and the stretches are geared towards that days workout! If you are looking for a physical challenge and a mental challenge that is paired with an awesome community and an experienced coach, you have found the right place. No matter what day you come to the gym, there will be people there to cheer you on and help you push through a workout as well as a coach that gives you guidance through every movement to help you be efficient and safe. I truthfully cannot recommend this place enough.
The first thought in people's minds is that Crossfit is hard, scary, and not for me! But you would be SSSOOOO wrong! This gym is definitely for you! They are welcoming, knowledgeable, and motivational. 100%, you will get your daily work out in, in the hour class. Hesitant to try? Your first week is free. Get your foot in the door, and see that you wish you signed up sooner! I started in January, and going strong 💪 💪💪
