This was my first drop-in class and I’d heard great things about the coaching staff — Coach Eric exceeded those expectations. He did an excellent job breaking down the gymnastic movements and clearly explained progressions so everyone could follow. He also has a great eye for gauging each athlete’s strengths and scaling cues appropriately. Friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging — a top-notch coach. I’ll definitely be back.
I’ve always loved working out and have tried just about every HIIT-style fitness studio, but CrossFit was never something I considered because it felt intimidating. Absolutely love this gym! The people and culture are amazing. The coaches really care and the owner is truly one of a kind. People of all Skill levels but they will push you to be your best! Highly recommend.
