Great coaches and positive environment with new workouts every day that are scalable to all levels of fitness. I've been a member at this gym for over 10 years and still look forward to every workout.

Great gym for group fitness classes of all levels! My husband is more competitive, I am not, and we both feel welcome and challenged appropriately here. The community is fantastic, the variety of class times suits our busy schedule and the workouts have good variety. They have a weight lifting class on Saturday mornings and kids classes in the summer time too. Love our coaches and owner here!
