My husbands family lives in the Frisco area and we LOVE CrossFit Slake! Whenever we’re in town, this is where we drop in to do CrossFit. I was coached by Jen, Crystal, and Larry. They’re all spectacular coaches!! 100/10 go workout here!
Love the culture and atmosphere here. I was welcomed with open arms and everyone was super friendly. Tough workouts with great coaching! Highly recommend giving it a try
