I've been training at SkyFall for a few weeks, and the experience has been outstanding. The workouts are challenging, creative, and thoughtfully programmed. The coaches consistently emphasize proper form and technique, which has helped me learn CrossFit safely. The members are incredibly friendly and always willing to offer guidance. Went there for 26.1 and they were super friendly and was a good group of people. Would definitely recommend. Nice equipment and good atmosphere.
