Have been enjoying the sauna & cold plunge at Sisu for months. Its everything you need. And the staff and other members are all friendly.
My husband and I have been going to SISU for years. I was always intimidated by CrossFit style gyms but what I love about SISU is how welcome you feel immediately by not only the coaches but the community of members. I have gotten much stronger, more confident with lifting and they have a HYROX training program that was instrumental in preparing me for my first event!
Wonderful gym. Dropped in on the Christmas holiday and it was like dropping in to my home gym. Felt like everyone knew me and the owner was extremely kind and welcoming.
