Love it! I’ve been coming to CrossFit Silverback for 3 years now and it’s helped me get in great shape. I had never done serious weightlifting before and the coaches were very helpful and knowledgeable. Big fan of the 5:30 AM class to start my day off right.

I highly recommend this gym for all level of fitness. When I started crossfit I was afraid that it would be very competitive and I wouldn't enjoy it, but I decided to try anyways. I was impressed with the coaches who were so patient with me and taught me all the new movements. They helped scale the workouts according to my level until I felt more secure. The people there are all great, very receptive and supportive, and make me feel at home.
