The Signal Mountain CrossFit team is an inviting atmosphere for "all ages and abilities." Eddie, Karrie and the entire team work with everyone on an individual basis and keep it fun and moving. The workouts are challenging, but are tailored to meet everyone's abilities and get you looking "Better Than Yesterday." Excellent and safe place to get in shape - even for someone in his sixties.
CrossFit Signal Mountain has been an exceptional house for personal growth. Through comprehensive training from amazing coaches and a family like atmosphere I have not only found MY gym but also a group of friends that I will always appreciate. Coming to this gym was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Highly recommend no matter where you are on your fitness journey!!
