Traveling and visited this morning to do the CrossFit Open 19.4. Coach Willie was very accommodating and everyone was nice and very friendly. Really made us feel at home. Thank you!
Great Gym! Lots of kind people here and friendly competition. They can cater to any type of athlete, newcomers or those who have been in it for a while, and know how to give the right amount of instruction. I always have a good time here.
Worst crossfit ever, save your money and go somewhere else. No one starts on time everyone does what they want. Worst definition of a crossfit community, Must sign In to their website 2 hrs before otherwise they frown on you for not signing in. If they are a business just be open like a normal business.
