Had a great experience at showdown! Unfortunately I couldn’t stay due to my location at work changing. But the atmosphere was welcoming, and the coaching was great! Tucker was amazing, he took the time to modify my workouts to be pregnancy-friendly while still keeping them effective and challenging. Would definitely recommend making showdown your gym home.
I’ve been training at this CrossFit gym for a little now and it has honestly become one of my favorite parts of the day. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and attentive, they take the time to correct your form, explain the “why” behind each workout, and offer smart modifications whether you are brand new or more advanced. The best CrossFit I have ever been to! From the group classes to the personal sessions, everything is super interactive. Everyone is like family and so encouraging of each other. 100/10 recommend for training along with having a great overall experience with a close knit team!
This gym changed my life great coaches great environment super high energy and intensity. If you are looking for a gym that’s going to change your life then I recommend you show up and showdown. Let the results speak for it self I starting at 330 lbs I’m down now to 230 lbs 💪🏼100 pounds lost through the hard work consistency and great people to encourage all the way.
I’ve been working with Tucker regularly for close to 6 months. He’s been awesome to work with. It’s been challenging, fun and rewarding. I’ve had gains both in the gym and out: I feel stronger, look fitter, have adopted much better eating habits and have much more energy. Excited to continue working with him.
