We're a CrossFit Gym, but not the scary kind. We opened in 2020 and more than half our gym members are new to CrossFit. We've got classes all day long, 24-hour access, full showers, outstanding coaches, an area for your kids, and so much more! Come try us out; we do a full free week to test out the gym and see why we're the right fit for your health needs!

This is definitely the go-to Crossfit gym. The workouts leave you begging for mercy. The owner has a good sense of humor. The classes are filled with good people. Good spot to train and become a better version of yourself.
I love Shokunin! Honest to the name, Owner and Coach Joe is very skilled in his coaching and dedicated to his members. He knows who's who, where to push, where to pull back and uses his expertise to help you enjoy the workout while advancing at your own speed. The energy from the members is incredibly welcoming and supportive. The programming is challenging for advanced athletes and easily modified for your own progress.
