I was nervous to start working out because I’ve never done anything like CrossFit before, but this place has completely changed that for me! From day one, everyone has been so welcoming and encouraging. The coaches I’ve worked with so far — Joe, Dustin, and Bill — are awesome. Joining CrossFit Shokunin as one of the best decisions I’ve made for my journey to better myself. In just a few short weeks I am more confident and stronger than ever before. All the coaches are super knowledgeable and constantly emphasizing proper form. I recently visited for a few days and had an amazing time. The atmosphere was fantastic, the coach was super knowledgeable, and the programming was top-notch. I highly recommend checking out the Box if you ever get the chance.
