Joined Shapesmiths Clapham (Battersea!) about 6 months ago for a few workouts a week. Great coaching and they get a great balance of encouraging and pushing you whilst ensuring you’re not going further than your capabilities. Recommend for anyone thinking about it!

I’ve been going to Shapesmiths in Clapham for just over 2 months now and I have loved it! I had actively been going to the gym but had never tried CrossFit and when I finally took the plunge I was a bit daunted that I might be out of my depth but everyone at the club made me feel so at ease.
