First month in shapesmith and first month doing crossfit ever and i’m already addicted! The energy of this place, the professionalism of the coaches as well as the friendliness of everyone is unparalleled. Best crossfit gym I've even been to! They deliver high energy and dynamic classes with sharp technique guidance in an airy and neat space. Hard to get everything on the same package when it comes to crossfit, but Shapesmiths does the service :)
Always my first choice for training when I am in London. The trainers are awesome. I especially like the wee one who helps out Tom sometimes.
Great box with a wide variety of classes and amazing coaches who are very helpful and caring. It has a truly friendly and supportive CrossFit atmosphere.
I joined Shapesmiths in Jan 2024 and have never looked back - I am so much stronger and fitter and doing things I would have never imagined. The coaches are awesome and there is an option for all abilities. I love the gymnastics components but also the weightlifting which is super important at my age!
