Very knowledgeable instructors. I am new to CrossFit and I am learning a lot as I go. The classes are challenging and motivating and I would recommend it to anyone.
Effective source of training for all fitness and skill levels. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always make sure workouts are challenging but safe. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness in a supportive environment!
Join! You’ll be surrounded by such strong women and men, it’s impossible not to be inspired to work hard, and push yourself. You begin at your level but can see infinite levels to achieve. The coaching is both technical and encouraging. I’m enjoying my experience so far—stronger and exhausted!
I came for a Saturday partner workout as a guest. Awesome workout, awesome community. Coach Jake was friendly and welcoming. My whole body is sore today. 10/10 experience
