I absolutely love Jolene and this CrossFit gym. Jolene addresses fitness and strength for all ages of people in our community from kids to seniors! She developed a program for people 60 and older to safely work on lifting heavy weights in order to stay active and able to do all the other things we want to do in life! I highly recommend you give this gym a try! No matter your fitness level, everything can be adjusted to meet you where you are at.
Members run through intersections with no regard to cars, don’t wear any safety equipment when running in the dark, take up the entire roadway, and blast music before quiet hours are over. No consideration to the neighborhood, disappointing they moved in to behave this way. Shameful.
They don’t stop at stop signs and pull out in front of people to go under the speed limit and brake check people in company vehicles!
Came here as a drop in while visiting nearby from Michigan! It was clear that there’s a supportive and caring community here and I felt welcomed immediately. The coach was kind, relatable, and encouraging. If I lived here I’m pretty sure this would be my home gym! Thanks for the WOD!
