They have the best coffee around. They'll make it the way u like it. They have really good protein shakes. My favorite so far is the beet and pineapple with collegen. They even have their own brand of coffee and will grind it for you. I also wanted to add the flexfit classes. They are challenging and fun with great company. Lisa has been doing this a long time and I appreciate the input to make sure your doing it right so you don't injure yourself.

This is my second family, the atmosphere and training is amazing. I love that I can grab a good gelato, coffee, or smoothie after I am done working out. The owner Lisa, really cares about her members.
I love CrossFit Sebring. It is the first group exercise class in my adult life that I’ve attended consistently. Lisa’s coaching has given me confidence and emotional and physical strength. I look forward to going every day to “practice” with people who have become my friends and teammates.
CrossFit is my functional fitness! My personal mobility has tremendously improved! I have made lifelong friends through the WOD’s ( workout the day) and walking afterwards to cool down. Oh…and the CrossFit Box….has A/C!!🤗
