Great gym! Dropped in for a week while on vacation. Multiple class times, great gym setup and staff.
Was on vacation and dropped in to complete 26.3. They were more than accommodating. Adam was super helpful and friendly. He talked through strategies and check my technique before attempting. I did 4 more drop in classes while was there and Victor and Sara did an amazing job of instructing, checking in with me and make sure I knew how to perform the movements and giving me awesome pointers to correct, improve or/and advance my technique.
