Sea dog CrossFit is fantastic. The facility is state of the art , spacious, clean and user friendly. Staff is great. Engaging, Energetic, knowledgeable and hands on. I can’t say enough about the experience. I would seriously give it an 11 out of 10.
Incredible box and amazing team. Dropped in to do 25.1 and had such a great experience. Huge, impeccably clean facility. Everyone there is friendly and super knowledgeable. Will be back anytime I’m in town!
Great gym to drop in. I’ve been visiting from out of town and only doing CrossFit at home for a couple months, so I’m still working on learning the lifts and form. The people were welcoming and the gym was easy to navigate. The coaching was supportive, encouraging, and clear on what to expect and how to improve. Highly recommend!
