The coaching staff is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in your progress—whether you're brand new to CrossFit or a seasoned athlete. Sea dog CrossFit is fantastic. The facility is state of the art , spacious, clean and user friendly. Staff is great. Engaging, Energetic, knowledgeable and hands on. I can’t say enough about the experience. I would seriously give it an 11 out of 10.
Incredible box and amazing team. Dropped in to do 25.1 and had such a great experience. Huge, impeccably clean facility. Everyone there is friendly and super knowledgeable. Will be back anytime I’m in town!
