Great gym with knowledgeable coaches and an awesome group of people. Challenging workouts, a welcoming atmosphere, and a great community. Highly recommend Sea Dog!
My husband and I moved to Palm Beach Gardens from Wellington a couple of weeks ago and had to change gyms. As sad as we were to leave our gym in Wellington we felt welcomed and at home at CrossFit Seadog and we signed up right away. It is a beautiful facility with top notch equipment. The coaching is excellent and we love the programming
Such a spectacular spot! All of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and diligent. For someone who’s been lifting and running for years it’s been so fun to try CrossFit! So great to see the community that’s been built here too. I’ve been attending early morning classes which seem to be a bit less busy than weekday afternoons and weekends.
I just started Seadog Crossfit a couple weeks ago, and I love it. There’s new workouts everyday and the people there are so friendly and helpful, especially to someone like me who’s just starting out. The workouts are no joke, full body, great variety, and coaches there who will push you hard. They have different difficulty levels as well no matter where you’re starting from for each workout: beginner, intermediate, and expert. You’ll be surprised how much you’re capable of when you start, I know I was!
