Was on vacation and dropped in to complete 26.3. They were more than accommodating. Adam was super helpful and friendly. He talked through strategies and check my technique before attempting. I did 4 more drop in classes while was there and Victor and Sara did an amazing job of instructing, checking in with me and make sure I knew how to perform the movements and giving me awesome pointers to correct, improve or/and advance my technique. CrossFit Seadog South (formerly Liger) has been an incredible place to train. The coaches are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve, no matter your fitness level. This CrossFit gym by far has the absolute best coaching I have ever experienced in any CrossFit or boot camp gym I have joined. The coaches (Sarah and Victor) truly understand mobility and proper form and are on top of it all every time that they coach a class. The gym is welcoming and Adam and Kelly are so kind and put everything into making this a great place to workout and meet your fitness goals.

I had a fantastic experience. The coach is highly knowledgeable and brings a lot of enthusiasm to every lesson. He creates a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, which makes learning both enjoyable and effective. The location is beautiful, and all instructions and explanations were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this box to anyone looking for quality guidance and a positive training environment.
