This place is great. The workouts are great. The community and coaches are awesome! Come and try a FREE Saturday class you won’t regret it!
Ditto, ditto, ditto with all of the previous reviews!! I couldn’t agree more!! One thing I can say, on a personal note, is how much I love and greatly appreciate how ALL of the instructors have had patience, care and love towards my 15 year old Down syndrome son when he joins us in a WOD at the gym. And to top it off, all of the athletes join in and cheer him on!! Blesses this Momma’s heart so much!!
Awesome Place to start a workout program with certified coaches to tailor every work for you !
I started coming to SDG 4 1/2 years ago. I was really out of shape and knew I needed to make a change. I love the community here, the programming that’s already there for me and I don’t have to make up for myself, and how the coaches push me without making me feel bad about myself.
Amazing place for fitness and fun! Great community and many people I can trust!
