I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2023, and CrossFit SDA has been my home for over two years now. What keeps me coming back is the accountability and the sense of direction this gym provides. The coaches don’t just put you through a workout, they help you set real goals and actually hit them. I’ve reached milestones in my health and fitness that I honestly wasn’t sure were possible.
