Best gym in town with amazing coaches
CrossFit SDA is great because of its members. They offer a range of services from classes to one-on-one coaching for any level of fitness to high end competition training.
Can’t say enough good things about SDA! Was brand new to CrossFit so started out doing 1:1s then transitioned to the group classes. Programming is great and there are options for every level. You leave feeling stronger. The coaches are awesome, very encouraging and push you to be your best! I love it here.
