Alex is an outstanding coach! He pays close attention to detail, remembers individual injuries, and still finds ways to push you to your strengths. His sense of humor keeps the class fun and engaging, while his focus ensures it’s never boring. Plus, he goes by “Chef,” and he truly cooks up some great workouts. Great job, Chef! 👏🔥

Much gratitude to Coach Julia for inspiring and motivating me in CrossFit. It was daunting to walk in that first day, but she put me at ease and continues to do so ten months later. As someone who’s new to CrossFit, I felt very welcomed. Coaches are very thorough in explaining the exercises and making sure we have proper form. Big cheerleaders too. My daughter and her husband do CrossFit and my daughter was in town and took me for a class. It was fun.
