As someone who’s new to CrossFit, I felt very welcomed. Coaches are very thorough in explaining the exercises and making sure we have proper form. Big cheerleaders too. My daughter and her husband do CrossFit and my daughter was in town and took me for a class. It was fun.

Beautiful gym with all the latest and best equipment. Nick is very friendly and approachable. He was able to help me fine tune some complex movements without making me uncomfortable or over coaching. He knows his stuff and helps you work with what you have to work with. Really appreciate his support.
