You need, you want to work out but you just don't have the self discipline to do it on your own. At SCM C. F. you have a supportive coach, a group of like minded supportive but competitive people in your group and you get something new every day! All you have to do is show up!
When I moved here a year ago this community was amazing. Everyone is nice, accepting and helpful. The programming is top notch. This is a great place to workout, train, and have fun with other like minded athletes.
I highly recommend SCM! I started 1 year ago with very little gym experience, and I fell in love! The instructors make it accessible for everyone, and I love the community!
