I've only ever been a member to 1 box in the previous state we lived in for 9 years. I didn't know what to expect "starting over" at a new box and community. Crossfit SBR has totally exceeded my expectations from community, floor space/layout, equipment quality, programming, and incredible coaches and staff. I have loved getting to know other members and enjoy the supportive and fun competitive environment of SBR. Love how involved the owners are and recovery recommendations and services too! Feels like home!
10/10 Jess and Ken - the gym owners - of now 4 gyms!!! Still continue to show up! They are both so personal and truly get to know each member! the most genuine humans. 🤍🤍
