I dropped in while visiting and had such a great experience! The class was well structured with a solid warm-up, a fun strength piece, and a WOD that was challenging but doable. The coach/owner was awesome—super welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home. The members were friendly too, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a gym to drop in, this is definitely the one!

Did a drop-in workout while working in Shreveport for the week. Both staff & members were friendly and welcoming. The workout was fun and challenging. Great fitness community!

I was in town for about a week for work and decided to drop in at CrossFit SBC and I’m SO glad I did. I coach back home in Atlanta and also travel a lot for my full-time job so I’ve been to quite a few gyms, but this one really stood out. Everyone was incredibly welcoming from the beginning, where I had several members come up to me to introduce themselves and have short chats before and after class which I really appreciated as community is very important to me. I was in Shreveport for 2 months and decided to join CrossFit SBC while I was up there. Justin, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful. He made getting started super easy. All of the coaches and members were just as friendly and welcoming. The workouts were well structured and challenging in the best way. Whether you're new to CrossFit or experienced, this gym is a great place to train and connect with good people. I'm glad I found this spot while I was up there!
