Great gym, friendly atmosphere, non judgemental.
The owner is in it for nothing more than making money. Has ran off most of his trainers over the years and his loyal costumers who had stuck with him only to see his true side. I had been a loyal member for a long time. I traveled a lot with work when I first started there and never asked him to pause my membership and paid full price for a times I might only get there a few times a month, and did this for years. Stepping into a gym with a large portion of your spine fused and many other chronic pain issues can be extremely intimidating. The trainers at three fit six are amazing and have been able to provide great modifications in classes when there’s movements I’m not able to do. And as a mom of four finding time to prioritize myself is a big struggle, but the classes at three fit six make it possible. Grateful to have joined such an amazing place!
I have really enjoyed working out with Three Fit Six. It had a great combination of strength and conditioning. The coaches made the class fun and provided adaptions and great weight suggestions! I would highly recommend them for a great workout and sense of community!
I LOVE this gym! Both the trainers and the members! The workout plans are awesome and I love that I can show up and get a great workout in!
