Amazing gym with incredible coaches and such a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I came in as a runner, and now I'm learning how to build strength with a solid foundation. I'm becoming a stronger athlete because of this gym, and I'll be forever grateful that I found it. Highly recommend
Great place to drop in and get an awesome workout in. Matt and his crew are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Every time I come down I make sure to get there for some workouts!!!

I have trained at several CrossFit "boxes" in Sarasota for over the past 2 years (when I’m here for either work or visiting family) but CrossFit Sarasota is definitely my favorite. Love their classes and the program has been excellent thus far visit after visit. The coaching staff is fabulous, and it is apparent that they actually care about each member's progress.
