Great community, quality coaches and every toy you’d want in a gym! Coach Matt was very welcoming and balanced his coaching with self deprecating humor and actionable points of improvement. The athletes were open and welcoming, despite it being 5AM on a holiday. The playlist was full of bangers from all genres including a little ska for my 90s heart. The gym has all the CrossFit, functional fitness, body building and even atlas stones for the strongmen alike. 11/10 drop in again

I've been consistently working out at CrossFit Sarasota for over 8 years and have loved every minute of it! I have made gradual, steady increases in many of the lifts and continue to build my overall strength and stamina. The community is amazing and welcoming of all levels of fitness. The owner Matt and all the coaches are very knowledgeable and focused on safety and proper form.
I did a drop in and had a good workout with friendly people. Matt made sure I had good form and as to do everything I needed
