I've been to quite a few CF gyms over the last few years and Sapphire is definitely a stand out. Lou and the team always willing to go above and beyond to help you with you're specific needs, plus a great community of regulars ranging all fitness levels. If you live in the area and you're on the fence, let this be a call to action to go in and give it a go.
