CrossFit SanTan is an great gym with knowledgeable coaches who are supportive and push you to reach your full potential. The classes are challenging but scalable for all fitness levels, and the gym has a wonderful, welcoming community.
Hands down, CFST has been the most motivating level of exercise for me! The coaches are constantly pushing you to break out of your comfort zones all while keeping your technique in check. Beyond the coaches, the members of this community have been my driving force and are always keeping me accountable for showing up every day.
This is one of the more professional CrossFit gyms. They focus on form and challenge progression appropriately. They have the entire week’s workouts pre-planned and posted in advance, which is extremely helpful. They take their role in the community seriously.
