Great community and excellent programming. Lots of dedicated members and good vibes. Fun team workouts on Saturday mornings for any CrossFitters in the area looking to drop-in, too!
Extraordinary coaching, great program to follow, great community. Everyone there is supportive and positive, and even having started a couple years ago at over 50 years of age, I feel younger and stronger, more flexible and confident than I have in decades!
