Over the last few years I have had the opportunity to do several Drop-In at CrossFit Salvation. And each time it was a pleasure to enjoy this community of like-minded people and the warm welcome they had for me. The coaches are great and make sure that a Drop-In-Guest gets all the help he needs. Bobby, the owner also was very caring and even gave me tips for interesting sites to visit around Cape Coral.
Every time I am in town, I love going here! The energy is great, people are so nice and there is always flexibility in the workout so you can do what you are able to do!
Really enjoyed my drop in sessions at CrossFit Salvation!! Very welcoming!! Also very intense workouts....which I loved!! I've been to 2 CF gyms in Cape Coral and I have decided that whenever I'm in Cape Coral CrossFit Salvation is where I'll be getting my workouts!! Great gym, great people, great workouts......couldn't ask for more!! Highly recommend!!
I love coming here. Whenever i’m in town for work, I always make sure to stay nearby just so i can make it to CF Salvation. Best Crossfit gym in the area.
CF Salvation “Saved me” on a 10-Day Vacation! The People were SO Welcoming, positive & motivating! Coach Basia knew I was only visiting & trained me, worked with me, fixed issues & made me do things I didn’t think were possible. I hit 3 PR’s trying to be one of their Crue!
