These places charge prices like they're gonna do the exercises for you transfer all that cardio fitness and weightlifting/building into an account in exchange. $20 for 1 visit..? Must be nice to not be financially challenged. I'd rather have an option to opt out of stars since I can't give 5 and 1 isn't fair. I guess 3 is better than 2.5, I mainly just wanted to leave pricing review.
I had so many options to choose from six months ago when I first started CrossFit, and I’m so glad I chose this gym. The coaches are great and always focused on helping you improve while fixing form. The community is super welcoming and incredibly motivating. I go every day and always feel great after. This has been a great workout facility for me, and they even have a childcare room! It's a few steps up from training at the gym and exactly what I was looking for! I definitely recommend.
Crossfit Salute is an amazing gym and community. The coaches are perfect at pushing you to be your absolute best but at the same time have your best interest/safety inmind. I have been going for about 8 months and the only thing that I'm disappointed in is the fact I didn't start coming sooner.
Love CrossFit salute! It is the first and only CrossFit gym I had been to and I loved it. Frank and Andrea are so warm and welcoming. Really accommodating to any issues, injuries or problems. Great for all ages. I got my husband and several friends to go because it’s so great!
