Four PB’s this week alone and I have been a member for four years. This gym continues to deliver results long after the initial excitement wears off. The supportive culture, knowledgeable trainers who genuinely care and get to know you. Well structured programming, that is challenging and so addictive. If you’re looking for a gym that delivers lasting results and a community that you will want to be a part of, I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
Awesome facilities, plenty of space and all the equipment you need. Excellent trainers and community getting around you. Only gym I've properly ended up fitting in with and staying long term. Can't recommend enough, get into it!!
I’ve been training at Salt Shed Training for a few months now, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. I mainly use the gym facilities rather than attending the classes, and the experience has been excellent. The equipment is high quality, everything is always clean and well maintained, and it's a great environment to train in. One of the things that really stands out is the sense of community.
