Have been training here for almost 5 years, Jase and Flo have built a great gym, a great space and community.
What an epic gym, great coaches and an amazing community. We had such a great time while training at the Salt Shed. With the support of their amazing coaches we improved our skills in a supportive environment. We would definitely recommend Jason, Flo and the team if you are looking for an awesome gym on the northern beaches. If you are a newbie or seasoned cross fitter they have you covered. Couldn’t be happier at a gym! I was really nervous to start CrossFit as I had had no experience in this style of training before! I was unsure as I had seen some of the movements they do! However I’ve never felt more supported in a gym! No matter what level you’re at, there’s a progression for EVERYTHING and all of your small achievements are celebrated at salt shed!!! Been with CrossFit SaltShed for just under 12months now and I couldn't recommend the place enough! Jason & Flo have been nothing but supportive and nurturing throughout my journey.
