It's not easy to find a gym and community where you feel instantly welcome. Jase, Flo and the team are incredibly authentic, kind, funny, and warm. It's a joy to show up at the gym and I'm very grateful I found salt shed 🫶

What an epic gym, great coaches and an amazing community. We had such a great time while training at the Salt Shed. With the support of their amazing coaches we improved our skills in a supportive environment. We would definitely recommend Jason, Flo and the team if you are looking for an awesome gym on the northern beaches. If you are a newbie or seasoned cross fitter they have you covered.
