This used to be a great gym, but ownership changed in 2023. The new owner/head coach is a terrible coach. Also, they have been known for intentionally overcharging accounts and not paying coaches. Avoid this gym!

I absolutely love this gym. I’ve been going to SALT for about a year now and I have definitely improved my form and gotten way stronger. If you are looking for a community where you can thrive and be encouraged during your fitness journey, this is your place. Plus Amy, the owner, is absolutely incredible and a talented coach. Definitely recommend!
