Awesome gym! Beth and the other coaches are so nice! Don’t be intimidated if you haven’t lifted weights in years (or ever) they will teach you. Everyone is very friendly and supportive.
The first time I walked into CrossFit Salida I knew it was a community I wanted to be a part of. Everyone I have met there has been such a joy to be around and extremely relatable! Great workout, even better community
This gym caters to a wide range of ages and abilities-- from competitive athletes to folks just beginning to get in shape. In a one hour class, I always get a great workout, catered to my abilities, with advice from coaches that keeps me safe. Excellent community of people seeking to be healthy, strong and resilient for a life of recreation in our awesome mountains. Great gym! Great coaches! Great people!
The best gym!! I love the community feel that is more than just working out - everyone is so friendly and encouraging. Coaches are very knowledgeable and the classes are structured well. Always motivated to keep going back :)
