Went here for nearly 2 years while I was living in St. Louis. Truly an excellent and friendly community with great facilities and coaches. It is shame I had to move away - I miss this box greatly!

Last year, I faced a tough setback when I fell down the stairs, dislocating my shoulder and severely tearing my labrum. Surgery and months of physical therapy followed, helping me regain a decent range of motion, but I still felt far from my pre-injury CrossFit capabilities.
