CrossFit Saint Louis has been an amazing gym. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping members improve. The workouts are challenging but scalable for all fitness levels, and the community is incredibly welcoming. I've seen real progress since joining and look forward to coming in every day. If you're looking for a CrossFit gym in St. Louis with great coaching, a positive atmosphere, and a strong community, I highly recommend CrossFit Saint Louis!

I’ve been coming to CrossFit St. Louis for nearly a year and absolutely love working out here. CrossFit St. Louis offers a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where everyone feels encouraged, no matter their fitness level. Workouts are both challenging and fun, pushing you to do your best. The supportive community and incredible coaches makes it so easy to keep showing up for classes.
Great place. Just started doing crossfit here, and theres a great community. I'm excited to learn more and continue pushing the intensity each workout.
