One of the most encouraging coaches I have ever met! He pushes me to hit my goals every class!
Baily was personable and very friendly! I appreciated the extra time she spent with us explaining how the schedule and the programming works. Her professionalism was top notch during the session as well. I was nervous at first to try a new gym out but she made me feel welcomed and I can’t wait to take another session there. Thank you again for class and the extra time you spent after with us!
Soki was GREAT. My first day and we did two exercises I do NOT love, but he took the time with me and gave me the encouragement to do it & I did Super excited to be part of this gym. Exercise and Fitness has been a huge part of my life and I feel I found a great place to continue my journey
Mike Short made sure there was clear understanding of the workout and if there was modifications needed he addressed them early. He kept the tempo up and made sure to move/work the whole room throughout the workout. Really like his attention to detail on the movements and makes sure to check in with each person throughout the workout even if not just couple motivational words!
I appreciate the feedback and accommodations that were made, so that I receive an amazing workout!! Thanks Coach Mike!!
