This is the best CrossFit gym in the willow park/ aledo/ Weatherford area!!!! Everyone is very supportive, welcoming, and just all around want to see others succeed. The coaches are amazing and know what they are doing. Such an amazing community!!
CrossFit SAF culture is very friendly and welcoming! Their facility and equipment is in great shape. Their coaching was well informed and organized. I would highly recommend this gym if you want a great workout!
