Allowed me to drop in last minute when out of town. Had all of the equipment that I couldn't pack because I flew into town, and the coaches were super welcoming! Plenty of space, great equipment, and great energy at classes
Great coaches. Great members. Bathrooms are always clean. Quality equipment-echo bikes, fan bikes, rowers, skiergs, sandbags, plenty of KBs and DBs. The best part is that there is plenty of room. Don’t like the workout for a certain day? Just modify it and do your own thing. I’ve been in the Army for 19 years, and have been in the best physical condition when I consistently go to CrossFit Sacrifice and follow the programming.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at CrossFit Sacrifice. The coaches are absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you achieve your goals. They take the time to correct your form, push you to be your best and offer encouragement. The community is just as great. Everyone is supportive and welcoming. After spending an hour here just about every day for the past 12+ years, I guess you can say I am a CrossFit Sacrifice addict. There are many boxes that come and go but Sacrifice is the OG. You can’t beat the great coaches, large space and best members out there! I love this place ❤️
