This gym was absolutely amazing, I always try to drop-in at a CrossFit gym when I'm away and and this was by far my best experience yet! The coaches were all amazing and started every session with thorough coach led warm-ups, the workouts were well structured, and it was great to see the coaches offer advice on workout stimulus and even suggestions on scaling and RX+. Their communication was quick and helpful over email. This CrossFit gym is the standard that all other gyms should aspire to.

I can’t say enough good things about CrossFit RSG! The vibe is super friendly, and everyone is here to support each other. The coaches are amazing—they really know their stuff and care about helping you reach your goals, no matter where you’re starting from. Every workout is different, which keeps things fun and exciting. There’s a great mix of strength training, cardio, and all kinds of movements that really push you to get better. For anyone looking to challenge themselves physically, I highly recommend joining CrossFit RSG. The coaches are some of the most kind hearted and motivating individuals. Sommer and I jumped into this sport without a clue of what we were getting ourselves into and found one of the strongest support systems for CrossFit in the greater Rochester area. CrossFit RSG, you guys rock!!

After moving from NC, I was looking for a gym that felt like family, and that's what I've found at Crossfit RSG. The coaches and athletes that come here are super welcoming and I have made lots of new lifetime friends. Highly recommend :)
