Super good gym that has everything you need to have a great workout. The coaches were welcoming and really nice! The gym has a dedicated olympic lifting space, a CrossFit big open space and a bodybuilding type space. There's a shower too! Have fun and crush it
We did a drop-in in this box, and we felt super welcomed! The coaches and the owner are really nice and competent, the WOD was great! The people there were super nice. We will go again if we stop by Rotorua.
