Amazing experience at this CrossFit gym! The coach was incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and made everyone feel welcome no matter their fitness level. The teammates were super supportive and created such a positive atmosphere to train in. You can really feel the strong community here. Definitely one of the best workout environments I’ve been part of, and I’ll absolutely be coming back!

Tucked away in an unassuming location, Crossfit Rosharon is a hidden gem. The community and coaches are top notch. Regardless of your experience, you will feel welcomed and challenged. If you are in the Manvel area, you owe it to yourself to give Crossfit Rosharon a try. You will not be disappointed.
I’ve been here for a year! The community is unmatched and sooo welcoming. All levels are welcomed. The coaching team are experts on adjusting workouts to meet the athlete where they are. CFR is the place to be !
First time at this gym today. The team were welcoming, the instructor Angie was so knowledgeable and helpful. Fun, challenging workout. Such a great experience and I feel great!
