I’ve been here for a year! The community is unmatched and sooo welcoming. All levels are welcomed. The coaching team are experts on adjusting workouts to meet the athlete where they are. CFR is the place to be !
First time at this gym today. The team were welcoming, the instructor Angie was so knowledgeable and helpful. Fun, challenging workout. Such a great experience and I feel great!
We dropped in today. Loved the community and vibes! Very fun partner workout on a Saturday. We’d love to drop in our next time in town 🥰
