We have continued to grow ever since, and we currently occupy a 5000 square foot warehouse with an additional 6000 square foot grass field out back. CFR offers a great community of people and coaches to help you achieve your fitness goals - whatever they are!! As I’m approaching 50 - using CF as a tool to stay strong and age well. I also love that every coach has their own style and depth of knowledge to meet individuals where they are. Each class has its own personality and I love to mix it up based on what rest of my day looks like.
I've visited over 50+ CrossFit gyms around the world, traveling extensively and dropping in to experience different gyms. *Easily the highlight of my day*. Once I came here, I never left. The coaches are extremely helpful and are always encouraging you to be your best, whether you are scaling, doing RX+, or taking it easy. The coaches check in with people to ensure they have goals, are improving, and offering advice/help when needed. The community here is like no other that I've experienced. Crossfit Roselle is a community of hardworking people dedicated to their fitness. And they have a lot of fun! The programming is geared toward making every athlete stronger. The community is encouraging and everyone’s individual goals are taken seriously. There are many classes offered daily and open gym times. The facility is well-equipped and clean. I feel very lucky to be a member and coach at CrossFit Roselle.
