CFR offers a great community of people and coaches to help you achieve your fitness goals - whatever they are!! As I’m approaching 50 - using CF as a tool to stay strong and age well. I also love that every coach has their own style and depth of knowledge to meet individuals where they are. Each class has its own personality and I love to mix it up based on what rest of my day looks like.
I've visited over 50+ CrossFit gyms around the world, traveling extensively and dropping in to experience different gyms. *Easily the highlight of my day*. Once I came here, I never left. The coaches are extremely helpful and are always encouraging you to be your best, whether you are scaling, doing RX+, or taking it easy. The coaches check in with people to ensure they have goals, are improving, and offering advice/help when needed. The community here is like no other that I've experienced.
