The community at CFR is one of the best parts - everyone is supportive, motivating, and genuinely happy to see each other succeed . Fantastic community, awesome staff, and a great gym to be apart of.
Its been over 6 years now that I've been at CFR and it just keeps getting better. The community is growing and people of all levels are learning about the benefits of CrossFit. Unfortunately, at at time when many CrossFit gyms are closing, CFR is a place that continues to grow because of its owners and people.
I'm not consistent and CFR taught me that's no reason to be ashamed! Everyone knows your name and if they don't they introduce themselves and then start rooting for you wherever you are on your journey. This is a place where people care, get involved and have built a sense of community with levity.
