I can’t recommend Station Athletics at Roseland enough! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. I’m feeling stronger and more energized by the week. If you're looking for a place that gets results, this is it.
A little background and hope this helps other women going through postpartum anxiety and or depression: I took over a 3 year hiatus from the gym and from being consistent with my workouts. I had 2 children within that timeframe and I had put my own health on the backburner to make sure my kids had what they needed and wanted. I can’t believe it’s already been 3 years since I walked through the doors of Station Athletics Roseland CrossFit, and it’s honestly one of the best choices I’ve ever made for myself. The coaches are top-notch, always supportive, knowledgeable, and pushing you to become the best version of yourself, no matter your starting point.
I mean where do I start. The coaches are A+. The classes are fun, difficult, empowering, and educational. The people are encouraging, motivating and inspirational. The give you all the tools you need for success; meal plans, exercises, someone to hold you accountable, and constant feedback.
