There are lovely people at Crossfit Roseland. Last night my car broke down on Eisenhower Parkway at the light by the plaza where Crossfit Roseland is, and in the freezing cold these people ran out and pushed my car into the parking lot and got me and my car to safety. With my car out of the way, I was able to wait in the Dunkin Donuts there instead of in the freezing cold for help in my dead car. Thank you so much 🙏
All the coaches are very personal and help you with your technique. Great community!!
Great community with coaches who are extremely helpful and welcoming. Workouts are fun and challenging. Highly recommend!
