Visiting from Texas and have really enjoyed my experience here. Great group of people, very welcoming.
Started here little over a month ago. I’ve had a blast and it’s a great community to be a part of. The workouts are challenging, coach’s constantly working with athletes, and a very complete gym. They do a lot as a group outside of the gym as well which I’m really looking forward to being a part of as well. Check them out.
It's been just a few months as the next level commitment towards my long-term health goals by joining CrossFit Rohkeus. I'm really appreciative of not just the coaches but the community as a whole. I'm new to the area, and heard many great things from one of my best friends about CrossFit Rohkeus, she goes to a different CrossFit gym. I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost 5 years now and I have been to many CrossFit gyms due to my travel job. CrossFit Rokheus is a gym that I could call my home gym. The coaches and people are wonderful! Coaches Nick and Kasey are very knowledgeable, have a lot of experience and do a great job at making sure your technique is spot on! I highly recommend this gym!
