I’ve been a member at a few different CrossFit gyms around the country over the past 7-8 years and CFRT has some awesome programming, a super positive and supportive environment, great members, and is kept very clean! Equipment is in great shape and coaches are awesome too! Super happy to have found CFRT as a new home! Super bonus is how family friendly it is. If you’re local or just visiting, this should be top of your list

CrossFit Rising Tide is the best! The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always focused on proper form and progress. The workouts are challenging but scalable for everybody. The community is incredibly welcoming — everyone motivates each other. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get stronger and healthier.

I could not imagine a better CrossFit gym than Rising Tide. The programming is thoughtful, varied, effective and fun. The workouts are rigorous yet scalable to every ability, and the staff possess deep knowledge of the movements and excellent coaching skills. The space is beautiful, clean and organized. 7 classes offered per day as well as open gym. It is a great community, motivating and fun, with no BS. Rising Tide is an absolute gem and I feel lucky to have it and look forward to going every day.
