I joined about a month ago, and I'm already seeing great progress. The programming is well designed, and easily scaled for a beginner / someone returning to fitness. The coaches and members are all really welcoming. My day goes better if I come to the 5:30am class before work. I don't need the motivation to do an entire workout - i just need the motivation to wake up and get in the door.
Rob is a great instructor. He is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. The sessions are varied constantly. He will work you hard but if you put in the time and effort you will see results!! I lost 25lbs in 90 days, following a calorie restricted diet. He gave me guidelines for protein, fat, carbs and I created my own using a calorie tracker on my phone. If you are serious about getting in shape call him you wont be disappointed.

Great box to drop into. Tom was an excellent coach and made me feel welcome. The program is what you would expect at a CrossFit gym. Tom did a good job giving me tips and coaching cues.
I started at CrossFit Rising Star only 4 months ago and it has been an incredible experience. The coaches are great! They continuously are providing feedback to you and providing suggestions on how to improve. They help you set and meet your fitness and health goals.
