Great box to drop into. Tom was an excellent coach and made me feel welcome. The program is what you would expect at a CrossFit gym. Tom did a good job giving me tips and coaching cues.
I started at CrossFit Rising Star only 4 months ago and it has been an incredible experience. The coaches are great! They continuously are providing feedback to you and providing suggestions on how to improve. They help you set and meet your fitness and health goals. Every class you attend they take you through the motions step by step so you never feel overwhelmed as the "newbie".
