My go to CrossFit shop to drop in when I’m in town, super clean, spacious with good equipment and coaches. They use Rich Fronings Mayhem programming which is excellent. Highly recommend.
I have been coming to CrossFit Ridgecrest for ten years and love the support from the coaches and the members. The facility is so very clean every time I workout. This is a huge plus for me.
CrossFit Ridgecrest strives to be a resource for the community in all things CrossFIt, fitness, and nutrition. The coaches are knowledgeable and love working with the members! Drop-ins are welcome and any one can try it for free!
