Llevo un año asistiendo a CrossFit RGTC y cada vez estoy más contenta con mi progreso, uno siempre piensa que CrossFit no es para uno porqué intimidan mucho algunos ejercicios, pero en realidad aquí en CrossFit RGTC aprendí que todos los movimientos los adaptan a cada persona según su destreza, limitaciones, etc. Así que ellos hacen que CrossFit sea para todo el mundo, no importa la edad ni experiencia en este tipo de ejercicios. Los recomiendo 100%
